About Chris Vega
I’m Chris Vega — a Controller and Acting CFO with nearly two decades of experience guiding companies through audits, international expansion, funding rounds, and system implementations. I’m also a veteran; my background as a Navy Hospital Corpsman, embedded with U.S. Marine Corps units as a combat medic, shaped my leadership style — disciplined, composed under pressure, and relentlessly focused on outcomes.

At BioQ Pharma, I led financial operations across seven countries, supported over $55M in debt and equity financing, and partnered with auditors to close 11 years of historical financials in less than a year.

Vega Catalyst Consulting was founded to bring that same level of rigor and insight to growing companies — without the cost or commitment of a full-time executive.
